The Flying Frenchman The Cartier Foundation's gift to Hong Kong of 'The Flying Frenchman' by the French sculptor Ceasar in 1992, has left a permanent landmark on the harbour front below the Cultural Centre in Kowloon. Steve Nolan designed the lighting for the unveiling ceremony with a huge lighting structure around the sculpture.
